Unpaid Internship
3-months, starting mid-January

Table Magazine is currently looking for an intern to work with us on growing our online community. This role would include working side by side with the editor in chief on long term projects for the brand, communicating with contributors, organising content for the web as well as keeping our socials up to date with content. There will also be chances to work with the creative director on shoots or in the office when we lay out upcoming volumes.

We are a small team that works remotely but meets once to twice a week to work on the print magazine, community building and web content. Our backgrounds are in photography, design and events. We shoot a lot of the magazine ourselves so there would be a shoot from time to time that you would be asked to assist on. In the New Year we have plans to hold events throughout the UK, so there should be an opportunity to help us produce an event as well as see how an independent magazine comes together and is published.

We want to make sure that you get as much from this internship as possible, because of this we are asking to hear from people who ultimately want to work in the field of photography, design or independent publishing. Table is built of a team that loves food, we talk about it all day, look at it all day and think about it all day so a passion for it, is a must! Ideally you will also be living in London as that is where the team is based.

At the end of each month you will have the opportunity to sit down with each staff member to discuss your career path, ask questions that you may have and give guidance to you on your work and future plans.
