Ice Lollies - Three Ways

Instructions

Mint & Melon

  1. Reserve about one third of the melon and dice into small cubes.

  2. Blend the rest, adjusting sugar to taste.

  3. Add the melon pieces, pour into ice-pop moulds and freeze.

Basil & Strawberry

  1. Combine everything together in a blender, adjusting sugar to taste. 

  2. Pour into ice-pop moulds and freeze.

Mint & Pineapple

  1. Combine everything together in a blender, adjusting sugar to taste. 

  2. Pour into ice-pop moulds and freeze.

Ingredients

Mint & Melon

4 ice pops
5 mint leaves
250g melon
1 dessert spoon sugar


Basil & Strawberry

4 ice-pops
One handful basil leaves
250g strawberries
1 or 2 dessert spoons sugar 

Mint & Pineapple

3 ice pops
6 mint leaves
220g pineapple
1 dessert spoon sugar
